I am a licensed clinical psychologist and psychotherapist specialized in Integrative Psychotherapies (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy-CBT, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy-MBCT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy-SFBT and Psycho-Somatic procedures, Catholic University of Louvain, University of Liège, Belgium and University of Geneva, Switzerland). I have worked in mental health clinic and hospital CHU Brugmann, Brussels and then have developed my private practice for a couple of years. This site is meant to offer you more information about my approach to therapy and my private practice. My treatment orientation targets cognitive, emotional and behavioral aspects as well as their personal, innate and social contexts.
I am an interactive therapist who encourages short term treatments that are most of the time outcome focused. I primarily work with adults and teenagers, and provide individual, couples and family therapy/counseling. Besides, I organize preventive therapy sessions in small groups based on symptomatic similitude. I provide psychological testing, evaluations and assessments, for all ages.
My treatment approach – the Integrative Psychotherapies – is a clinically-proven, highly effective treatment for emotional disorders including anxiety problems (panic attacks, phobias, OCD, PTSD and other stress disorders), depression, low self esteem, burn-out, addiction problems, relationship problems, and more. In this respect, I keep myself updated with the latest and most efficient therapies via continuous education and supervising.
