Ik heb ruime ervaring in het werken met internationale bedrijven (banken, IT-bedrijven, zorginstellingen, farmaceutische en voedingsbedrijven, transport- en energiebedrijven, etc.). Het grootste deel van mijn werk als trainer heb ik voor WorkPlace Options gedaan. De afgelopen 3 jaar heb ik ruim 1000 trainingen gegeven. Ik geef trainingen in 5 talen: Engels, Frans, Italiaans, Roemeens en Nederlands.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En mijn stijl als trainer? Ik houd ervan om discussies tussen deelnemers te faciliteren. Ik geef de voorkeur aan interactie, omdat dit de beste manier is om mensen te motiveren om na te denken en te veranderen. Ik nodig deelnemers uit om in te grijpen en hun ervaringen in het veld te delen. Ik ben trots en tevreden om anderen te helpen nieuwe manieren van denken te ontwikkelen, hun gewoonten in vraag te stellen, hen uit te nodigen om te durven, te leren en te groeien.
