I have extensive experience in working with international companies (banks, IT companies, healthcare institutions, pharmaceutical and food companies, transport companies, energy companies, etc.). Most of my activities as a trainer have been carried out for WorkPlace Options. In the last 3 years, I have delivered more than 1000 trainings, in 5 languages: English, French, Italian, Romanian and Dutch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">And my style as a trainer? I am passionate about facilitating discussions between participants. I prefer interaction, because it is the best way to motivate people to think and change. I invite participants to intervene and share their experiences in the field. I am proud and satisfied to help others develop new ways of thinking, to question their habits, to invite them to dare, to learn and to grow.
